MISSION
ONEgeneration is a nonprofit organization that promotes physical health and mental well-being, provide socialization, nutrition and access to food and resources to diverse services to older adults and their caregivers. ONEgeneration envisions a kind and equitable community, enriched in intergenerational relationships, thriving with dignity, quality, purpose and security.

One out of every five California households don't know where or when their next meal is coming from. Your kindness and generosity will help ensure that seniors and those with disabilities have adequate food to eat!
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The role of the volunteer is to provide and develop a brief connection with Senior participants by delivering meals

• This opportunity is in person at the ONEgeneration, 17400 Victory Blvd, Van Nuys CA 91406
• Senior Meal Deliveries occur Monday to Friday mornings, 9:15 to 11:15am or less, typically there are 8-10 stops in the southwest San Fernando Valley
• Deliver food bags using the delivery route provided
• Leave food bags at the door or gate and knock/ring door for a contact-free delivery
• Volunteers will be using own vehicle, Mileage is reimbursed REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum Age:18+
• Volunteers must be Vaccinated for Covid-19
• Must have a valid driver’s license and car insurance
