The Volunteer Information Professionals (VIP) Program's mission is to assist guests ensuring an efficient, hospitable and memorable LAXceptional Xperience. The personal touch is what guests remember most during their travels which makes our volunteers "Very Important People," as well as Volunteer Information Professionals! VIP's are located in information booths on the arrivals level of each LAX terminal. Volunteers may also be assigned to roam the terminals and other areas to provide assistance. Volunteers work in groups of two on four-hour shifts, with each volunteer working one shift per week.
