ReStore-Bellflower AM Shift
ReStore Volunteers are needed every day!
Why: By lending your time and talents to the ReStore, you help Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles allocate more resources to support homebuilding and preservation projects that benefit families in our community.
Who: What exactly is the ReStore? The ReStore is a social enterprise of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles (Habitat LA). It was established to be a self-sustaining funding source for Habitat LA and to provide our local community with low-cost building and home improvement materials. The ReStore sells donated building materials including new and gently used furniture, appliances, lumber, hardware, vintage, and unique items to the public.
- From customer service to interior design, the ReStore offers various volunteer options geared toward your interests and skills.
- No matter your skill set, there's something for everyone. Best of all, no experience is necessary.
- Help us sort through unique donated items from contractors, companies, movie & television studios, and individuals.
- We also need help with furniture assembly and assist as a welcoming door greeter. Are you creative and enjoy interior design? Help our staff stage floor inventory to help it get sold out the door faster.
- Note: We no longer accept court-referred hours or workman's comp volunteers at this organization.
- All volunteers must be at least 14 years of age.
- Volunteers ages 14-17 must have a parent or guardian complete and sign the Minor Release Form below.
- Volunteers that are 14 & 15 years of age must have a chaperone present during their shift.
