Volunteer with the Karsh Center Food Pantry to help distribute hundreds of bags of groceries to those facing food insecurity.
Why: Every Tuesday, the Karsh Center distributes hundreds of bags of groceries to clients facing food insecurity. You can help make this distribution possible!
Who: Guided by Jewish values, the Karsh Family Social Service Center improves the lives of the underserved by providing critical and accessible social services through direct service or collaboration with other providers, while also integrating significant volunteer opportunities to create a uniquely powerful way to help repair the world.
What to Expect:

- Line sign-in volunteer
- Welcome volunteer
- Food pantry/distribution volunteer
What's Required:
- Standing for an extended period
- Continuous walking while putting items in bags
- Lifting and carrying bags
- Using a box cutter on cardboard boxes (optional)
- Please wear casual, comfortable attire with closed-toe shoes
