Altadena Block Party Fire Relief & Recovery Fundraiser
The Los Angeles Boys & Girls Club is hosting a special fundraising event to support the victims of the recent Altadena fire- and they need your help to make it a success!
Why: This is a meaningful way to give back and stand with our neighbors in Altadena. Whether you can give a few hours or the whole day, your time and energy will go a long way in helping those in need. Let's come together as a community to bring hope, healing, and support where it's needed the most.
Who: Los Angeles Boys & Girls Club's mission is to enable and inspire youth, especially young people who need us most, to realize their full potential as productive, caring, and responsible members of the community.
What to Expect: Volunteers will be able to support this event in a variety of ways.- Event setup and breakdown
- Registration/check-in
- Food & beverage assistance
- General event support and hospitality
- Be friendly, respectful, and ready to help with a positive attitude
- Be punctual and follow instructions from event staff and volunteer coordinators
- Wear appropriate attire (comfortable, closed-toe shoes; no offensive graphics)
- Must be at least 16 years old (under 18 requires parent/guardian consent waiver)
- All volunteers will sign a volunteer waiver/release form prior to the event
