Garden Harvest at S.O.W Collective's Arleta Farm
Come join S.O.W Collective in garden maintenance and produce harvest at their Arleta backyard farm.
Why: Your time & energy helps our farm thrive! You will be contributing to the health and wellbeing of our farm, as we work to grow organic food for our community and provide a beautiful green space for all to enjoy. We couldn't do it without you!
Who: Our partner, Shift Our Ways (S.O.W) Collect grows sustainable communities to empower and support eco-conscious lifestyles where it is needed most. They achieve this through their programs offering free organic produce, equitable access to low-waste options, shared education through workshops, and safe green spaces for communities to come together and connect

You can expect to work on various farm tasks, including compost, plant care, watering, and harvesting. Our other tasks vary day-to-day
- We recommend that you wear long sleeves and long pants, a hat, and sturdy closed toed shoes.
- Please bring your own reusable water bottles as well.
- The minimum age to volunteer is 16 years old.
- And a willingness to work outside!
