Volunteer with Rediscover Center in Venice!
Rediscovers needs your help to provide makers with the tools, resources, and confidence to engage in creative reuse and self-expression.
Why: Help us bring hands-on STEAM education to youth across Los Angeles County through camps, school programs, and community events. After a busy camp season, we need help resetting the space for our fall programs.
Who: About Rediscover Center: We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to providing youth and adults with the tools and skills to transform discarded materials into art and functional objects. We have supported creative expression through hands-on making and sustainable practices since 2004.
What to Expect:- Assist us in preparing cardboard panels for schools, festivals, and field trips.
- We'll sort through our donations, build shelves, sharpen pencils, and more!
- Please bring closed toed shoes and long hair tied back.
- Volunteers must be at least 14 years old.
